New Theories on Treatments

Can we classify treatments and propose how they would likely affect overall prognosis?

In prior post I had cleared my blood of gel/plastic (g/p), rubber clot by oral consumption of ivermectin, oral proteases, oral and topical EDTA (I was also taking other less important nutraceuticals). I had been on the proteases for months as well as the oral and topical EDTA with various nutraceuticals and g/p persisted until I had added ivm for a sinus infection. I will show later in this post that stopping the proteases allowed g/p to return when proteases were held three days and ivm continued. I will need to show in the future ivm or proteases alone can prevent g/p, rubber clot formation. I have been told by a friend that he tried ivm in two individuals and showed by whole blood centrifuged specimens pre and post ivm treatment that it cleared the g/p, rubber clot. I am in the process of verifying this.

The following picture is of a plain 10 ml vacutainer tube with my blood obtained when taking ivm 1 ml (10 mg) orally daily and holding four oral proteases for 3 days (lumbrokinase, serrapeptase, nattokinase, bromelain). I was also taking the EDTA and nutraceuticals as noted above. Please see prior post on list of nutraceuticals. The image shows a cloudy area above the packed cells suspicious for g/p, rubber clot.

The following image shows the tube contents poured out and examined with the g/p, rubber clot, confirmed.

If I rinse the g/p, rubber clot in tap water and wait about 5 min the gel contracts and becomes more white and rubber like as the next photo shows.

Summary and Discussion:

I have shown adding ivm to my regimen of four proteases and oral and topical EDTA plus other less important nutracuticals, I can achieve remission of g/p, rubber clot. In this study I showed that holding the 4 proteases over 3 days while continuing low dose oral ivm daily, the g/p, rubber clot, is again detectable in my blood using a centrifuged vacutainer tube. I suspect I will be able to overcome the added effect of the proteases in suppressing expression of g/p by increasing my oral intake of ivm. I’m in the process of performing such a study now.

Let me again present the findings of the late German pathologist, Arne Burkhardt, who felt that spike protein was being produced in the endothelium (cells lining blood vessels) and results in a tremendous inflammatory process (endotheliitis) there and elsewhere. Dr Burkhardt did the original 15 autopsies related to the pandemic and added around 100 total as well as examination of rubber clot from living individuals. He and around ten other medical and related professionals agreed findings were consistent with a destruction of vessel lining tissue as well as vessel wall tissue ( media necrosis). The following slide is from his presentation where he identified protein material found in g/p, rubber clot, taken from a living individual, centrifuged and examined after refrigerated for unspecified time.

He compared proteins found in g/p, rubber clot, to what was found in the serum and identified 137 proteins and six were unique to the endothelium (vessel innermost lining).

From these findings, Dr Burkhardt, concluded that some people are undergoing a continuous destruction of the vessel lining and this could extend into the middle layer of the vessel (media necrosis) with more consequences such as aneurysms and vessel obstruction resulting in sudden deaths. He also made reference to an article that suggested a mechanism for spike to form amyloid fibrils which makes up a portion of g/p, rubber clot (J Am Chem Soc 2022, 144, 20, 8945- 8950).

Dr Burkhardt's findings do not preclude involvement of other nano materials or emf as a contributing cause of these effects. An antibody used to identify spike that is purchased from a commercial entity could be made to react with the real nano entity that is causing this problem (a deception) and called spike.

If we assume that a severe inflammatory processes is on going in those with g/p, rubber clot, as Dr Burkhart suggests then the class of meds that stop formation of spike and the inflammation it provokes are superior to meds that dissolve g/p or those meds that keep the products of the destruction from forming g/p, rubber clot.

Ivm would be in that class of meds that prevents or at least partially inhibits the production of spike and inflammation. Briefly ivm inhibits binding of spike to Ace 2 receptors on the endothelium, it inhibits RNA polymerase, it inhibits a viral protease needed to cut up the initial poly protein, it inhibits several inflammatory pathways (MAP 3 kinases, NF-kb, STAT-3, PAK 1), it inhibits pathway that result in thrombus formation.

I have shown that preformed cubes of g/p, rubber clot, can be dissolved in vitro by the 4 proteases (lumbrokinase, serrapeptase, nattokinase, bromelain) and I have shown that any one of these proteases can dissolve g/p when added to my blood in vitro within 30 min. Please see my prior posts. This type of effect would be dealing with the dissolving of material that resulted from destruction of the vessel wall. This effect in addition to dissolving the amyloid portion may or may not improve outcomes over the vessel wall destruction. In other words, if you can't stop the vessel wall destruction, then dissolving the resulting material of destruction plus dissolving spike amyloid may not improve prognosis.

If EDTA or other metal chelators are working at the level of preventing g/p, rubber clot formation, after the vessel wall has been destroyed, then they may not alter the disease prognosis. I recall this might not be the case since Karen Kingston, the researcher of pharmacy patents, said EDTA might be an antidote to certain hydrogels and g/p is a hydrogel of course.

As above I will see if increasing ivm can overcome any contribution the proteases add to suppression of g/p, rubber clot. All results need to be retested and confirmed by others also. Let's get to it!
